Versant Power crews are working on restoring service to customers in the Bangor/Hampden area. When the outage occurred at 11 a.m. 743 customers were out. By noon, some of those customers have been restored and only 546 remain without power.
Crews will remain in the field making repairs safely and as quickly as possible until all customers are restored. Customers are reminded to stay clear of downed lines or trees in contact with them. You can't tell if a line is energized just by looking at it. |
