That’s why Versant Power has installed 32 nesting platforms across our service territory, along with two live cameras so you can watch these incredible birds 24/7.

Ready to Help: Inside the Versant Power Customer Contact Center

Every phone call, email, and customer interaction is an opportunity to provide reliable, responsive service. Whether you have a question about your account, need help understanding a bill, want to explore payment options, or need to report an outage, the Versant Power Customer Contact Center is ready to assist. Our Customer Contact Center is available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. to assist with account questions and service requests. Customers can also report outages and emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

A Bird’s-Eye View of Our System: Learn More About Versant Power’s Aerial Inspection Program

From the rocky coastline of Downeast Maine to the forests of Aroostook County, Versant Power’s Aerial Inspection Program helps identify potential issues along hundreds of miles of transmission lines before they can become larger problems. Led by Versant Power’s Asset Management team, the program combines experienced line inspectors, advanced imaging technology, and aerial access to some of the most remote terrain in the company’s service territory.
