After the recent update of our customer information system, some customers’ online services accounts registered incorrectly in our system. 

Please follow these steps to correct your account information using your most recent bill:

Add new account

1. Click on the “Add an Account” button on the left-hand side.
2. The “Add Account” screen will display. Then, enter the account number as it appears on your bill (the leading zeros should auto populate), an account  name, the bill due date, and the current bill charges
3. Select “Add Account. Note: You will enter the same information as when you set up the original account.
4. After you select “Add Account,” the account will display with the message “Your account registration was successful. Thank you for using Versant Power’s online services!” The added account will now also display to the left-hand side of the screen in the account listing.

Remove Incorrect Account

5. On the top of the page, click the drop down under your name.
6. Click the dropdown and then “Manage Accounts”
   
7. This will bring up the “Manage Account” page. Click “Remove” on the account that has the extra digit.
8. This will bring up a pop-up that says, “Are you sure you want to remove your registration”? Verify the correct account is being removed and then click “Yes, remove it”
9. Verify that your account was updated correctly by clicking on the newly added account on the left-hand side and then “View and Pay  Bills”.
   
10. This will bring a pop-up where you can view and manage your account balance.

Versant Power provides electric delivery service to two areas – the Bangor Hydro District and the Maine Public District.

            The Bangor Hydro District includes Hancock, Piscataquis and Washington Counties and most of Penobscot County.
            The Maine Public District serves Aroostook County and a small piece of Penobscot County.
