Josh BroderJoshua (Josh) Broder joined the Versant Power board of directors in July 2020. Josh serves as CEO of Tilson, which under his leadership, has grown from less than 10 employees to more than 500 in 20 locations. He is also the founder of SQF, LLC, a telecom public utility which provides broadband services and owns 5G infrastructure nationwide. Josh cut his teeth in leadership as an Army Signal Officer on missions worldwide, where he was awarded the Bronze Star for service in Afghanistan designing, building and operating the communications network for US forces. In addition to Versant Power, Josh is a director of Skowhegan Savings Bank, Kleinschmidt Associates, New England Marine Monitoring, and VETRO Fibermap. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Maine Economic Recovery Committee and he previously served on the advisory board of ConnectME Authority. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from Middlebury College and a certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies from JFK University. Back to Board Members
