Charitable Giving

We’re powering the potential of people

Versant Power is focused on building a stronger, more sustainable Maine by working with not-for-profit organizations to support the communities we reside in and serve. As part of our charitable giving strategy, we’re engaging in projects that focus on collaboration and innovation while providing crucial services that benefit our neighbors and empower communities to be creative.

We’re happy to work with you as you seek financial contributions for your important projects. If you have a program or event that needs assistance, please complete our online application. To receive Charitable Giving funding, applicants must be a registered 501(c)3 organization.

If you’re seeking a substantial donation ($10,000+), a more formal presentation will be requested. Any supporting information or questions can be directed to Robin Merchant at [email protected] or by calling (207) 973.2634.

Please note Versant Power’s charitable giving program does not support the following endeavors:

    • Religious activities
