Operating from locations in Bangor and Presque Isle, our Customer Contact Center is staffed by 85 employees who are part of the communities we serve. They are your neighbors, friends, and fellow customers who understand the unique needs of Maine households and businesses. In 2025, our team successfully handled more than 190,000 phone calls from customers across our service territory. To ensure customers receive timely assistance, our service goal is to answer 80% of incoming calls within 30 seconds or less. Whether you're calling about residential or commercial electric service, setting up a payment arrangement, learning about assistance programs, enrolling in a budget payment plan, or reporting an outage, our team is here to help. Our goal is to make managing your electric service as simple and convenient as possible. The feedback we receive from customers helps us continually improve. In 2025, 93% of customers surveyed reported being satisfied with their Customer Service experience.
